"Barratry"?[]
To my mind this is an extremely dubious claim. Barratry is the offence (criminal in some legislatures) 'committed by people who are “overly officious in instigating or encouraging prosecution of groundless litigation” or who bring “repeated or persistent acts of litigation” for the purposes of profit or harassment.' If (as I suspect) Sony were just defending their copyright in the Playstation, then they are not guilty in law of any offence, although Bleem!'s authors probably are (copyright violation is now a crime in both the UK and the USA). — RobertATfm (talk) 19:05, March 28, 2014 (UTC)
