The Game Boy Player allows Game Boy Advance games on a television. Following in the foot steps of the Super Game Boy, the Game Boy Player is a peripheral for the Nintendo GameCube that plays Game Boy Advance games. Not only that, but it makes the Gamecube more of a cube by giving it that little bit of extra height.

The Game Boy Player is also capable of multiplayer functionality since a link cable can be plugged into it. Some clever gamers have used the Game Boy Player to play Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles on five different TV screens (four Game Boy Players plus the main screen).
