Mario is a character in Super Smash Bros. He is a well-balanced fighter and is recommended for beginners.

Donkey Kong is a character in Super Smash Bros. He is a powerhouse, and is also very hard to KO.

Link is a character in Super Smash Bros. He has excellent utility, although he is slow and has one of the worst recovery moves.

Samus is a character in Super Smash Bros. She has fast attacks and excellent combos, although she has the worst recovery in the game and is very floaty, despite being a heavier fighter.
